Backed by private equity and operating at significant revenue, this organisation has recently completed major acquisitions, invested heavily in operations, and is now entering a critical phase of stabilisation, integration, and future growth.
Position
- Partner closely with the CEO and Board to drive commercial and strategic outcomes
- Lead, mentor and elevate an established finance function
- Bring structure, systems and rigour as the business continues to corporatise
- Leverage data, analytics and modelling to support decision-making
- Align cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
Profile
- CA/CPA qualified with proven CFO experience
- Strong FMCG and/or retail background (essential)
- Expertise across systems, ERP and process improvement
- Commercial acumen with the ability to “tell the story behind the numbers”
- A confident, grounded leader with presence, energy and the ability to challenge constructively
